The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company, area of interest, message and consent. Do not include sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential project materials.
How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to our server and stored in a private enquiry inbox accessible to authorized administrators. No automatic email copy is sent. A simple arithmetic verification question helps reduce automated submissions. Verification answers expire after five minutes and can be used only once.
Purpose and retention
We use information in your enquiry to respond and discuss the services you request. Please send only the information necessary for that conversation. You can contact info@lunar-labs.ai to ask about retention or request deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Essential cookies associate a verification question with your browser and maintain authenticated administrator sessions. These expire after 30 minutes and eight hours respectively. Technical request information may be processed for hosting, rate limiting and security. Enquiry information is stored on our server rather than in browser storage.
Your requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. Send privacy requests to info@lunar-labs.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
